This site is published by Archipel Marketing SAS (SIREN 984 715 995), the data controller for the information described below. The site has no user accounts, no advertising and no advertising trackers.

What we collect

Only what you choose to send through the forms:

• Contact: your name, email address and message.
• Suggest an agency: your name, email address, the agency’s name, whether you work there, and any comment.

None of this is needed to read the ranking.

How we use it

Your name and email are used to reply to you. Agency suggestions feed the verification work described on the methodology page. Form submissions are passed to our internal messaging tool so that the team can read them. They are not sold, rented or used for profiling.

Cookies and analytics

No advertising or cross-site tracking cookie is set. The site search runs entirely in your browser, without calling a third-party service. The site is served by Cloudflare, which processes technical request data (such as IP addresses) to deliver and protect it.

Data about ranked agencies

Agency profiles are built only from public sources: agency websites, Companies House and rankings published by other sites. Each profile lists its sources and the date it was checked.

If information about you or your company is inaccurate or out of date, write to us: we correct or remove it, and publish a right of reply on request.

Your rights

Under the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your personal data. To exercise them, use the contact page. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) in the UK or the CNIL in France.
